Join us for an afternoon of arts and kink in this brand new life drawing workshop.

Kink and Sketch is our inaugural artistic workshop, where we explore the sensuality of the human body through an artistic lens. In this intimate life drawing session, we will share some basic illustration techniques that will allow you to capture the enticing poses of our life models, and maybe open the doors for your own personal collection of kinky art!

Be you a seasoned artist wanting to share ideas and stretch your life drawing skills, or a beginner wanting to dip your toes into a new world of creativity, or simply just want to have a bit of artsy fun, we would love to see you there.

Join us and learn with our guest facilitator @**********mony89 how you too can make those memorable moments into provoking pieces of art.

In this first session, we’ll be working with the gorgeous self suspension rope slut Talulah Teal as our muse!

As these sessions evolve, we’ll be exploring different media and models for a variety of artistic kinky exploration.

I’m a self-taught artist who has studied concept art and illustration for over 25 years. I worked with small indie developers, South American game and animation studios, tattoo artists, and self-publishing authors.

My main focus is on fantasy art with a scientific/realistic approach, but I also love playing around with a more underground comic book style.

I work mainly with pencil, ink and paper, but I have experience with most of the traditional materials, as well as most of the industry standard illustration software.

This workshop will take place in the Sub in the City Studio in Bournemouth, BH1. Full address confirmed upon booking.

Sequins? Yes. Mesh? Obviously. Glitter in places you didn’t know could glitter? Potentially.

I’m hosting a livestream all about festival outfits, styling ideas, playful experimentation, and how to build looks that feel good in your body, on your terms, for your version of fun. All genders, all bodies, all vibes.

We’ll talk about how to build a look from one statement piece, mixing simple + wild (so you don’t feel “too much” or “not enough”), comfort vs. hotness (and how to get both), layering, harnessing, strapping, fringing, fluffing, shoes you can actually survive in, heat, dust, rain, sweat, pockets (yes, pockets), plus makeup, hair, glitter, glue, tape, and staying power.

Also: first-time festival nerves, outfit confidence, and giving yourself permission to experiment.

Questions I’ll probably ask you:
What’s the piece in your wardrobe that feels like festival energy but you’ve never worn out? Do you dress for photos, dancing, cruising, comfort, or chaos? Are you a “plan the outfit three weeks ahead” person or a “panic 30 minutes before” person? What scares you most about festival fashion: looking silly, standing out, or being seen?

We're scrapping trends. We're celebrating play, curiosity, trying shit on, taking it off, and putting something weirder on.

For aspiring or exploring Doms and subs who would like to learn how to use rope in their dynamic to create exciting and intentional scenes for play.

Talulah Teal fell down the shibari rabbit hole as soon as she joined the kink scene, and this avid bunny has seen no reason to resurface since! She identifies as a rope bottom and self-tier, and has trained with a variety of shibari instructors in the UK and Europe. Talulah also has a background in dance and circus arts, and brings principles of movement and body awareness to her rope teaching and practice.

Whether you’re brand new to rope or have been exploring for a while, this partnered workshop is designed to introduce you to some basic knots and rope techniques that are a simple yet effective way to uplevel your play sessions.

In this workshop, we will go beyond the technical, to understand how you can use rope intentionally to set the mood and the tone for your power dynamic, offering inspiration for sensation play, body handling, ritual and intentional presence when dropping into your Dom/sub energy.

We recommend attending this workshop with a partner. You are welcome to book a solo ticket, however please be advised this does not guarantee you a partner to tie with. However our team and house models are also available to assist you or you can simply self tie.

We’ll be covering:

Grounding and presence
The basics of safety in rope
Basic tying techniques
Structuring your scenes with intention
Guided exploration time
Aftercare and debrief
This workshop is 3.5 hours and will include a short break in the middle. There will be drinks and snacks provided on the day.

Join Sub in the City for an intimate, colourful evening of wax play exploration and turn your bodies into glow in the dark masterpieces. Guided by Integrative Kink Therapist Sarah Salazar (Sub in the City) and Pro Dom Master Carlos, you’ll discover the sensual art of wax play, learning the skills and techniques to play with temperature safely and skillfully.

You’ll be welcomed into a decadent space, followed by a wax play performance from our Master Carlos & his house sub, then you’ll be guided by Sarah through the basics of wax play, before exploring for yourselves in the freestyle portion of the class.

Who can attend:

This workshop is open to duos and singles. If you are attending with a friend who you are happy to partner with, please select a duo ticket.

Being partnered in this class is not a requirement, as we have the Sub in the City facilitators there to guide you through your experience, but please note if you attend solo, your practical experience with other attendees is not guaranteed and should never be expected as standard. This will depend on personal preference on the night and consent and etiquette will be strictly enforced.

Evening schedule:

7.30pm: Arrival and welcome drink

8pm: Wax Play demo & workshop

8.45pm: Practical exploration

10pm: Finish

This is going to be a fun and playful evening to learn the art of wax play, how to incorporate it into your play for a sensual, erotic and kinky experience. You’ll have the opportunity to learn how to give and receive the wax and discover what sensations you enjoy the most.

I’ve been part of the scene for 5 years and organising a large-scale play party Quench for 3 years - I’ve seen it all from newbie nerves and neurodivergent nuances, to straight up NO’s in the space.

This workshop is your insider guide to navigating it all without awkwardly hovering in the corner or accidentally breaking the unspoken rules.

We’ll cover the dos, the hard nos and how to move through the space with confidence. From consent to communication and NOT treating it like a free-for-all, I’ll cover it all!

Expect honest chat, practical advice and a grounded approach to navigating play spaces in a way that feels safe, sexy, and fully in your control.
