Hotels in Berlin

Hi all,
Hope some one can help us.
We are going to Berlin next month for a littel get away and some fun.
We are looking in to some hotels, only adults or where other swingers often come.

But we cant really find anyone.
So we post here in hope at some of you guys can help us out or point us in the right way
