Diese Veranstaltung wird in Englisch moderiert:

The Self-tying Lab is a space for you to connect with yourself through rope. Take some time for yourself in a guided practice and give your body some attention, love and appreciation by putting rope on it: gently and calmly, or intensively and fast.

We'll start with breathing, slowing down and some self-massage. After that, we will take the rope in our hands and start exploring our body with it, noticing different sensations and emotions that they bring us. It's a space for you to play and explore yourself a bit more! We'll wrap up the practice with some aftercare for ourselves.

The process is mainly a guided practice. Jukka is going to gently lead you through different parts of it, giving you some inspiration for ways to connect with your own body through rope. The practice is suitable for people with different rope skills: from beginners to advanced riggers.

Language: English + German (rope time).
What to bring? Comfortable clothes, blankets, ropes, curiosity.

Here's what Jukka says about the practice: "For me, self-tying is a way to ground myself. It's like a nice meditation or yoga, but with my favourite object - with ropes".
