Intimität - ein großes Wort, ein Wort in dem (geheime) Wünsche und Bedürfnisse liegen. Intimität wünscht sich jede*r im Leben. Doch was ist das eigentlich? 

Verstehen wir alle das selbe unter Intimität? Ist Intimität nur körperlich? Hat “man” Intimität nur innerhalb einer Partnerschaft? Oder kann Intimität auch nur ein kurzer flüchtiger Moment sein? Warum kann sich Intimität auch bedrohlich anfühlen? Und wie kann ich Intimität in meinem Leben vielleicht verbessern?

Lerne in diesem Workshop deine Form von Intimität neu kennen, diese zu vertiefen oder sie in deinen Beziehungen zu verbessern. Wir leiten dich durch verschiedene Übungen, die du auch in Beziehung wiederholen kannst. In diesen Übungen werden keine primären und/oder sekundären Geschlechtsmerkmale berührt und die Kleidung bleibt an.

Wir laden dich zum 1. Teil unseres Workshop-Wochenendes ein.

Intimacy – a big word, a word that contains (secret) wishes and needs. Everyone wants intimacy in life. But what does that acutally means?

Does intimacy have the same meaning for everyone? Is intimacy only physical? Is intimacy only possible within a partnership? Or can intimacy be just a short fleeting moment? Why can intimacy feel threatening? And how can you improve intimacy in your life?

In this workshop, get to know your form of intimacy anew, deepen it or improve it in your relationships. We will guide you through various exercises that you can also repeat in relationships. In these exercises, no primary and/or secondary sexual characteristics are touched and the clothes stay on.
