Not actually in Berlin, but nearby, there is a very high class club...
Schloss Milkersdorf
If you go to any of the clubs, be sure to check out the dresscode first. We know the Kitkatclub in Cologne and that is fetish orientated with the corresponding dresscode. The other clubs will be a little different. It depends really what you are looking for.
