All i need is a vaccine, and some of the missing friends 😉 a cool couple would be already interested.. if he can get few days of leave.
For me its easier, I have been working from home since 1 year ago, and I could keep doing it also in Canary Islands 😉
B for the us, we miss the energy and atmosphere of private parties/clubs. Watching others and being watched, dancing, mingling and of course if the guest list is hot the opportunity to get active with some sexy people
C
I would go for the full alphabet; A-Z, one at a time... 😅
B first for sure with close people we know and miss and catch up with. C later because we really miss some of the clubs and the cool people we meant and spoke too. A would be with my man
I would invite A to either B or C. 
Definitely C. I miss going out, I miss people and I miss parties with my lovers and friends. I might, however, have my own little private orgy afterwards with my polycule and some friends. Or even a whole weekend of hedonism.
Option C - just because of the fact that I love Berlin and it’s kinky side and to be able to witness like minded people enjoying their wild desires after a hard time is in itself a pleasurable satisfying scene and the first chance I get to support these wonderful clubs fighting for their existence, I would blindly take it!!
