Decent swinging scenes in Europe

Hello people, we have recently been to gran canaria and loved the swinging scene in maspalomas. I would like to book another swinging holiday for myself and partner but don't know where to start. Any suggestions?

We are open to staying at swinging resorts after visiting one, we really enjoyed ourselves but had to make a swift exit due to attending on day pass hahahaaa.
