English speaking event in Berlin?

It is in germany. It is normal to speak german. But I think that you could find a lot of People Who can speak english. Just explain to us.

Berlin is multicultural, more so than most of Germany. When French, German, Spanish, Italian, Finnish, Polish or whatever people I know get together, they speak in English… It is the one language that is common second language and the common denominator for most Europeans use to communicate with each other. Since I am living near a uni, I hear English more than German from the multi national students
