Emanuelle is a good option. Club 22 Swingerlounge is fantastic. May be 20 mins from Frankfurt city centre. If you speak German then you won't have any issues. If no, then it can be a bit tricky
Frankfurt is my home town! Check out Oase Rödermark and Grande Opera. Depending on the night, single men are ok to come in, just always make sure to follow the conduct! Enjoy Frankfurt!
